College Students: This is where it’s at because it’s real life and tells it like it is. This is written from a college student’s point of view and shows what it takes to get the work done and still enjoy campus life. There is some great humor and a reality to it that is quite refreshing.
College Parents of America: You may not like the name, but you are sure to like what they have to say. This is written by and for parents and college students and points out important ways of paying for college including grants, scholarships, and much more. Who doesn’t need some help with footing the bill after all?
University of Arizona: Though there are many others out there like them, this particular university has an interesting account to follow. Most major universities have their own Twitter accounts, but some are more interesting reads than others.
Cham Baby 323: This is a great one to follow if you want to see what college students care about. Here you can see her adventures, take on the world, and her proclamations. She makes no apologies for the way she lives and is pretty open about sharing her views as a college student.
New Grad Life: Want to know what it’s going to be like on the outside after graduation? Have interest in learning what it takes to land a job? This is an exceptionally helpful one to follow if you want tips or just a reality check about life after college graduation.
USA Today College: This is perfect because it’s an online version of a popular newspaper, but all geared towards the college student. There are great stories, fantastic tidbits, and it’s all centered around the things that a college kid actually cares about too.
My College Guide: They were around years before Twitter was ever a reality, but now they are a regular fixture on the site. This account is great because it summarizes everything, gives valuable tips, and basically reaches out to the mindset of a college student. You can get information on everything from campus living to how to handle certain situations that are sure to come up in college.
Knowledge4Us: No matter what sort of information you need, this is the site to stay tuned into. You can figure out information for coursework or just get in tune with the curriculum you are learning. This is a great reference guide for those that want to be in the know and is therefore a popular one to follow on Twitter.
Digg 2000: This is great because it gathers and puts out articles on just about every topic, just like the website does but in real time. This is informative if you need something for your courses or even if you just need a bit of reference material, then this is a great one to stay in tune with.
My Student Body: This is great because it puts the community first and that often doesn’t happen in campus living. Here you can stay tuned to what you can do to help your community or how you can get involved in your campus life.
