During the December my uncle was admitted in hospital and was not able to enjoy Christmas as we did. This time we had many family members and friends to share gifts. We all took time to spend time with him but as it was Christmas time we have spent lot for the family members. That time we realized that we need to have an emergency fund in a savings account. It will keep us from having one small emergency lead to financial ruin. One can lives with paycheck to save up a sizable emergency fund by adding small amounts to their savings account over time. For few people it might take years to save, but it is something that can brings great peace of mind. Some how my uncle got recovered and I have opened a savings account for personal purposes which can be used during emergency. The best thing is that we can money on credit card interest and bounced check charges with emergency fund.
