This movie is released in the year 2003. I don’t remember the exact date but I guess this attracted the entire audience and movie lovers. This movie is about a un-fame rock star Jack Black and how he finally turns into a rock super star. As usual Jack Black has played a remarkable role as a comedian. His physic and body language makes everyone smile in the theater. Whether you want to spend your money on DVD for fun you like to watch a film with some story in it then I guess “The school of Rock” will surely help you.
Richard Linklater is the director of this film. In this film Jack pairs with a bunch of school kids and forms a band which makes him a rock star in the end. I don’t say that this film is Jack black’s best performance but I am happy with his role and acting. I would give three and a half stars for this film.
